- Women make up more than half of the workforce — but still earn less across the board.
- Women are increasingly the “breadwinners” in households — more men have become comfortable staying at home and effectively switching the traditional roles.
- New technology allows women to more frequently work from home, or work part-time, when they desire to stay at home.
- Women are earning 60% of master’s degrees in the U.S. And for every 2 men graduating college, there are 3 women doing the same.
- The work world is becoming more right-brained (creative, emotional) than ever before.
- Women are starting businesses at three times the national average.
